Today I saved a life. It's not every day you can say that, even in my profession. This was one of the nicest human beings on the planet, who has done so much for others in his lifetime. It was an honor to care for him. It seems like the nicest people who come in happy and joking always end up dying. It's nice to have one end the other way -still happy and joking when I left :)
