October 30, 2012

Today I started my delve back into bikram yoga. It's 26 set poses in a room that's heated to 105 with 40% humidity lasting 90 minutes. My goal today was to not negatively judge my body, and stay in the room the entire time. And I did it!! I didn't even vomit :) Felt so good to do something for me and good for me! Here's my sopping wet-with-sweat pile of clothes drying out:
