Girls evening out for Meredy's birthday.  We went to H&G Bistro in Sumner and it was fantastic! We ended the night at a country bar for some dancin'. If I'd known that's where the night was going I may have chosen different shoes than my 4" stilettos.... ouch...

Besides getting my car back, working four hours of overtime in which I obtained a cathed urine sample resembling rotten tomato soup, and the most fabulous alone breakfast out, the coolest thing about today was discovering that the subway by my house is now 24 hours! Yeah!

Today instead of lunch Mandi and I went for a walk at my lake park. Loved it. There were baby turtles, baby ducks, baby geese, and pretty flowers. The calm lake was the perfect backdrop to my soundtrack in my head: Ed Sheeran's Kiss Me. I'm so in love with love and feeling extra sentimental lately missing it. I'm not sure why I torture myself by indulging in such amazing music. Wait,  yes I am. :)

Today's lunch date, with a dear friend and former cow orker at Duke's Chowderhouse. Yum. As a side note, also picked up the most fabulous red lipstick, a red gloss, and three new books.

Today I took my car in to get fixed and I get to drive this little baby. Not bad. And it makes me all sentimental driving a car with Cali plates.  Ah, my geographical identity crisis :)

As this patient rolled in on the medic stretcher I said (out loud -quietly) ew... he's going to code... two hours later as I was walking out the door compressions were being done and et tubes were being placed. It's an eerie good feeling to be so good at your job.
